Summer Academy

The Delaware State University Summer Academy is a seven-week on-campus and virtual learning opportunity that provides the chance to fast-track studentsuccess by earning 6-9 college credits, get a head start onyour journey as a Hornet and ease your transition from high school.
Who can attend?
- Summer Academy is open to all incoming freshmen as well as transfer students with less than 30 credits.
WHAT ARE THE Dates?
- June 26-August 11,2023

5 weeks residential/on-campus learning (June 26-July 28)

2 weeks remote/hybrid learning (July 31-August 11)

WHAT IS THE COST?

Summer Academy program cost: $3,500

Fees: $100 Summer Academy Enrollment Fee and $200 Housing Deposit

Grants are available for those who qualify.

Note:The 2023-2024FAFSA must be filed separately for the fall 2023semester. -
Payment plans are also available beginning May 1.
